ABOUT THE PRINT
 
When I initially started this piece, View into Worlds, I was thinking of a pinhole. A small opening, peering into a space, like lurking behind a curtain, in an attempt to view into places of the new or unfamiliar. I imagined worlds existing on the smallest spec of space and the pinhole as the gateway.

comprised of substance,
suspended like clouds
 
a view into worlds
 
the only light, in sight, as
I peer through a pinhole,
my eyes adjust
galaxies come into focus
a mystic undertow, pulls me in
to a magnetic past
to a beginning of
pulsing stories, a ghost of supernovas
awaiting eyes to peer through
the fabric veil sheer, circular and explosive
