Sight and Sound
Much like art, music has always been a constant for me. I can say with certainty that every time I draw or paint, I am listening, which is the basis of 2024’s Artober: The Merger of Sight and Sound -Mellifluous Movement.
This print was created by combining all 31 days from Mellifluous Movement into one drawing. As I scanned and layered each drawing into Procreate, I composed a playlist of 31 songs - 1 song from each album to which I would listen to during the addition (digital drawing) process.
A mixture of all music into one collective subconscious drawing.
