Liminal: Portals of Perception is a series of drawings that took place over the course of a month that delve into the exploration of the unseen or ‘the in-between.’ Places we hear about but often don’t seek or see unless with true, curious eyes. Doorways, passages, hidden ingresses - these phantom energies are magnetic - an invisible force to pull our attention toward possibility. An attempt to challenge us what reality is fully composed of. 
 
Is it only what you can see, the tangible, or does it extend beyond the fringe of human perception?
 
Those moments where ethereal shadows and specters linger on the periphery, beckoning our attention to look at the world differently, and step toward the liminal.
 
All you have to do is take the first step through and not let fear taint your motion forward into the unknown.
